Voil\u00e0 les retours que je peux avoir \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue de la d\u00e9marche, au del\u00e0 du b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de construire un projet professionnel r\u00e9aliste et motivant.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00ab\u00a0C<strong>ela m&rsquo;a (re)donn\u00e9 confiance en moi\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Souvent une personne qui demande un bilan arrive avec une estime de soi fluctuante, voire des jugements n\u00e9gatifs sur elle-m\u00eame. R\u00e9cemment une personne me dit au d\u00e9marrage : \u00ab\u00a0mais ce que je fais, n&rsquo;importe quel CDD peut le faire sans formation !\u00a0\u00bb. Pour d\u00e9clarer au moment de la synth\u00e8se : \u00ab\u00a0non, je ne suis pas rempla\u00e7able\u00a0 par le premier CDD venu, car j\u2019ai de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et surtout un profil type appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 par mon entreprise.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En effet, le bilan favorise une certaine forme de validation de ses ressources qui aide la personne \u00e0 r\u00e9organiser de fa\u00e7on plus positive et aidante la perception qu&rsquo;elle a d&rsquo;elle.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00ab\u00a0L<strong>e bilan m&rsquo;a permis de mieux me conna\u00eetre\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Ils sont rares les moments dans une vie, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on peut prendre le temps d&rsquo;un arr\u00eat image sur soi. A titre d&rsquo;exemple, l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate de perception dans l&rsquo;entourage professionnel et personnel est souvent un moment tr\u00e8s fort pour le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire du bilan. Car il peut confronter la perception qu&rsquo;il a de lui avec la perception des autres. Quelquefois l&rsquo;angoisse est l\u00e0 avant le d\u00e9marrage des interviews. Mais le r\u00e9sultat s&rsquo;av\u00e8re toujours positif, car il apporte des \u00e9l\u00e9ments nouveaux, riches, remettant en cause des biais de perception ou des \u00e9l\u00e9ments laiss\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;ombre. Et un infirmier en psychiatrie de me dire : \u00ab\u00a0finalement, le bilan c&rsquo;est mieux qu&rsquo;une psychoth\u00e9rapie, car c&rsquo;est plus rapide et en plus d&rsquo;augmenter la connaissance de soi, on construit un plan d&rsquo;actions et on passe \u00e0 l&rsquo;action en accord avec soi-m\u00eame !\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00ab\u00a0Etre accompagn\u00e9 en bilan, c&rsquo;est comprendre ce qu&rsquo;est une transition et mieux la vivre\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi, je pense que le terme \u00ab\u00a0bilan\u00a0\u00bb est tr\u00e8s impropre pour qualifer ce que nous faisons et vivons dans la d\u00e9marche. Je parle plut\u00f4t de coaching de transition professionnelle. Identifier les diff\u00e9rents sc\u00e9narii d&rsquo;\u00e9volution, les souspeser dans leurs cons\u00e9quences, les hi\u00e9rarchiser par rapport \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res de choix (financier, style de vie, mobilit\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique&#8230;). Voil\u00e0 le coeur d&rsquo;un bilan de comp\u00e9tences. Qui am\u00e8ne immanquablement la personne \u00e0 faire des compromis avec elle-m\u00eame et son entourage. C&rsquo;est pourquoi, une \u00e9tape essentielle est d&rsquo;articuler les priorit\u00e9s professionnelles avec les autres priorit\u00e9s de vie. Et les partager avec ses proches.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00a0\u00bb J&rsquo;ai pu me rendre compte que j&rsquo;avais beaucoup de comp\u00e9tences !\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La constitution du portefeuille de comp\u00e9tences : \u00e9tape qui n&rsquo;est pas la plus facile. Car elle demande de l&rsquo;analyse, de l&rsquo;auto-observation. Et surtout de mettre des mots sur ce qu&rsquo;on fait de fa\u00e7on automatique chaque jour et que nous consid\u00e9rons comme \u00ab\u00a0naturel\u00a0\u00bb. Et pourtant cette partie un peu technique du bilan, permet en fait l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence des forces et de blessures inh\u00e9rentes au besoin de chacun d&rsquo;\u00eatre comp\u00e9tent. C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire de pouvoir faire face \u00e0 ce qui est \u00e0 faire avec ses ressources et son exp\u00e9rience, et avec fiert\u00e9. Excellente pr\u00e9paration aussi pour la recherche d&#8217;emploi et la valorisation de ses savoir-faire face \u00e0 un recruteur.
