{"id":333,"date":"2020-04-14T11:57:45","date_gmt":"2020-04-14T09:57:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irisbilan.fr\/?p=333"},"modified":"2020-04-14T11:57:45","modified_gmt":"2020-04-14T09:57:45","slug":"photolangage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irisbilan.fr\/index.php\/2020\/04\/14\/photolangage\/","title":{"rendered":"Photolangage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Je voulais aujoud&rsquo;hui donner quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments sur l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat du photolangage\u00ae dans la construction d&rsquo;un projet professionnel.<\/p>\n<h3>Le photolangage \u00ae<\/h3>\n<p>Nous parlerons dans cet article plut\u00f4t de photoexpression car l&rsquo;expression Photolangage est une marque commerciale d\u00e9pos\u00e9e.\u00a0D&rsquo;abord qu&rsquo;est-ce que cette technique? C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;utilisation des images pour faciliter la projection et l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de la pens\u00e9e, puis son expression verbale, par un autre support que l&rsquo;analyse rationnelle et l&rsquo;\u00e9crit.<\/p>\n<p>Ces images sont soit propos\u00e9es dans une s\u00e9lection, soit choisies directement par la personne que l&rsquo;on accompagne (dans des magazines par exemple). Celle-ci va ensuite composer un panneau avec les images qui font r\u00e9sonnance en elle en r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 la question pos\u00e9e. En tant qu&rsquo;accompagnant, ma valeur ajout\u00e9e est de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>formuler la bonne question en fonction du sujet de l&rsquo;accompagnement<\/li>\n<li>observer tout ce que se passe pendant la composition du panneau, comme mat\u00e9riau suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 la future discussion<\/li>\n<li>animer ensuite un \u00e9change avec la personne sur ce qu&rsquo;elle a cr\u00e9e, comme repr\u00e9sentation projective de sa r\u00e9ponse. Je compose souvent pendant cet \u00e9change un autre panneau avec des mots cl\u00e9s et des associations d&rsquo;id\u00e9es, pour faire le lien avec une future \u00e9laboration structur\u00e9e du projet. Pour aider la personne \u00e0 progresser et prendre du recul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pourquoi le photolangage \u00ae est-il efficace ?<\/h3>\n<p>La photoexpression est tr\u00e8s puissante, car elle utilise le registre symbolique, la spontan\u00e9it\u00e9 et les m\u00e9canismes inconscients pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 de nouvelles informations et les traiter. Nous sommes habitu\u00e9s dans notre culture et par notre syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9ducatif \u00e0 utiliser essentiellement les fonctions de raisonnement logique. A s&rsquo;appuyer exclusivement sur ce que Carl Jung appelle la fonction Pens\u00e9e. Or le mental ne peut d\u00e9cider qu&rsquo;en utilisant ce qu&rsquo;il conna\u00eet.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une situation de r\u00e9flexion sur son avenir professionnel, o\u00f9 la personne fait face \u00e0 des remises en question, \u00e0 l&rsquo;envie d&rsquo;autre chose, nous devons lui proposer d&rsquo;autres moyens d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 de l&rsquo;information nouvelle. La photoexpression s&rsquo;inscrit dans cette d\u00e9marche. Pour appr\u00e9hender l&rsquo;inconnu, le flou, l&rsquo;incertitude.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;utiilisation de l&rsquo;image permet donc d&rsquo;\u00e9largir notre mode de fonctionnement :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pour percevoir l&rsquo;information et notre probl\u00e9matique diff\u00e9remment.\u00a0 Ce que Jung appelle la fonction Intuition. C&rsquo;est elle qui indique d&rsquo;o\u00f9 vient l&rsquo;information et dans quelle direction elle nous emm\u00e8ne. C&rsquo;est la fonction du Sens<\/li>\n<li>pour traiter l&rsquo;information nouvelle et d\u00e9cider, de fa\u00e7on compl\u00e9mentaire et diff\u00e9rente de la fonction Pens\u00e9e. Ce que Jung appelle la fonction Sentiment et qui nous permet de s&rsquo;appuyer aussi sur notre subjectivit\u00e9 et nos valeurs, en compl\u00e9ment du raisonnement. Ce qui d\u00e9termine pourquoi notre option nous para\u00eet agr\u00e9able ou d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able, juste ou injuste, par exemple.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bien \u00e9videment, ce qui \u00e9merge de cette approche va devoir \u00eatre confront\u00e9 avec des grilles d&rsquo;analyse classique : de quels savoir-faire je dispose? Quels moyens je peux mettre en oeuvre?&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Bref, la photoexpression, un outil de choix dans l&rsquo;accompagnement au changement !
