Rien ne vaut la parole de ceux qui ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un bilan pour expliquer son apport, ses avantages et ses limites. Vous pouvez ainsi s\u00e9lectionner votre centre aussi sur le niveau moyen de notation (par la fonctionnalit\u00e9 filtre du moteur de recherche).<\/p>\n<p>Dans cet article, il s&rsquo;agit de partager l&rsquo;envers du d\u00e9cor sur les avis sur les bilan. C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire ce que les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires me disent au moment du dernier rdv, lorsque nous faisons le \u00ab\u00a0bilan du bilan\u00a0\u00bb. Et 6 mois apr\u00e8s la fin du bilan. Evidemment, ce que je partage est issu de ma pratique singuli\u00e8re. Mais je pense que cela refl\u00e8te en grande partie ce qui se passe plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans le d\u00e9roulement d&rsquo;un bilan.<\/p>\n<p>Je vous propose ainsi une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;articles tout au long des semaines qui viennent. Episode 1 : parce que nous aimons bien cela, quelques chiffres pour planter le d\u00e9cor.<\/p>\n<h3>A quoi a servi le bilan de comp\u00e9tences ?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>85% ont valid\u00e9 un projet professionnel avec un plan d&rsquo;actions de mise en oeuvre \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue du bilan<\/li>\n<li>pour 39% d&rsquo;entres elle, une action de formation fait partie du plan d&rsquo;actions (formation courte ou longue, financ\u00e9e par le CPF, le CFP de Transition professionnelle, P\u00f4le Emploi ou l&#8217;employeur)<\/li>\n<li>37% ont valid\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin du bilan que leur situation profesionnelle leur convenait. Pr\u00e9cisions, que rester \u00e0 son poste ou dans son m\u00e9tier avec une action d&rsquo;am\u00e9rioration de sa situation fait bien partie d&rsquo;un projet. Je ne pr\u00e9ciserai jamais assez que l&rsquo;objectif du bilan de comp\u00e9tences n&rsquo;est pas la reconversion, ni m\u00eame la r\u00e9orientation professionnelle. Mais la construction d&rsquo;un projet professionnel. C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration d&rsquo;un objectif d&rsquo;\u00e9volution \u00e0 court et moyen terme.<\/li>\n<li>48% ont constat\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin du bilan qu&rsquo;ils avaient encore besoin de temps pour envisager le changement souhait\u00e9. Ce chiffre est tr\u00e8s important. En effet, il montre que le travail du bilan ne s&rsquo;arr\u00eate pas avec les s\u00e9ances de coaching. Le travail sur son projet continue \u00e9videment apr\u00e8s, pendant des semaines, voire des mois.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La synth\u00e8se \u00e9crite \u00e0 la fin du bilan \u00e0 quatre mains avec le consultant, que devient-elle?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>11% la remettent \u00e0 leur employeur<\/li>\n<li>33% \u00e0 un organisme de formation<\/li>\n<li>30% \u00e0 une autre personne (conjoint, P\u00f4le Emploi&#8230;).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces chiffres d\u00e9montrent l&rsquo;importance de soigner la r\u00e9daction de cette synth\u00e8se. Bien s\u00fbr parce qu&rsquo;elle rend compte de tout le travail effectu\u00e9 et l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des r\u00e9flexions \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9 du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire. Mais aussi parce que c&rsquo;est un formidable outil de communication pour faire avancer son projet. Elle apporte de la fiert\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de mon point de vue.<\/p>\n<h3>Que se passe t-il 6 mois apr\u00e8s la fin du bilan ?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>50% des personnes ont mis en oeuvre totalement le plan d&rsquo;actions d\u00e9cid\u00e9 en fin de bilan<\/li>\n<li>36% l&rsquo;ont mis en oeuvre partiellement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pourquoi les personnes n&rsquo;ont pas mis en eouvre leur plan d&rsquo;actions ou l&rsquo;ont mis en oeuvre partiellement ?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>des raisons propres \u00e0 la situation de l&rsquo;entreprise du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire<\/strong> : surcharge de travail, r\u00e9organisation&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0MON AGENDA PROFESSIONNEL QUI S&rsquo;EST ACC\u00c9L\u00c9R\u00c9 CES DERNIERS MOIS NE M&rsquo;A PAS PERMIS DE METTRE EN \u0152UVRE LE PLAN D&rsquo;ACTION TEMPORELLEMENT ET PSYCHOLOGIQUEMENT : CHANGEMENT COMPLET DE GOUVERNANCE DE MA STRUCTURE AVEC DES NOUVELLES PROC\u00c9DURES A INT\u00c9GRER. DE PLUS MON CONTRAT DE TRAVAIL EST SUSCEPTIBLE D&rsquo;\u00c9VOLUER ET J&rsquo;ATTENDS DES \u00c9L\u00c9MENTS COMPL\u00c9MENTAIRES D&rsquo;APPR\u00c9CIATION POUR LA SUITE A DONNER A MA CARRI\u00c8RE\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Mobilit\u00e9 interne demand\u00e9e officiellement en RH mais le poste n&rsquo;est pas trouv\u00e9 pour le moment.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Contexte Covid vraiment peu favorable \u00e0 une VAE actuellement\u00a0\u00bb (surcharge de travail en parall\u00e8le dans le secteur de la personne)<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Manque de temps pour mettre en oeuvre ce plan d&rsquo;action. T\u00e9l\u00e9travail et surcharge d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 prof. actuellement\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>la question de la gestion du temps consacr\u00e9 au plan d&rsquo;actions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;ai retravaill\u00e9 du mois d&rsquo;Ao\u00fbt jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 d\u00e9but Octobre dans le restaurant o\u00f9 j&rsquo;\u00e9tais employ\u00e9 auparavant ce qui a beaucoup occup\u00e9 mon esprit. J&rsquo;ai initi\u00e9 deux d\u00e9marches importantes du plan d&rsquo;action. Je devais aussi r\u00e9aliser d&rsquo;autres enqu\u00eates m\u00e9tiers mais j&rsquo;ai laiss\u00e9 de c\u00f4t\u00e9s ces actions et je pourrais expliquer cela lors de notre entretien \u00e0 6 mois\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>la gestion des priorit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;ai quitt\u00e9 mon entreprise mais \u00e0 date je n&rsquo;ai pas fait les d\u00e9marches pour mettre en place les formations\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Encore un chiffre pour conclure, un avis sur le bilan qui met tout le monde d&rsquo;accord : 100% des personnes accompagn\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent \u00e0 la\u00a0 fin du bilan qu&rsquo;elle recommande cette prestation.
